Terms and Conditions

• This promotion is only applicable to customers who register from 15th April to 31st August 2024.
• The Promotion is valid across all participating branches and categories.
• Customers will receive a “Scratch and Win” coupon for every registration.
• During the Term, 30 Driving Courses will be made free after registration through scratch and win. Customers will have to pay for classes and tests only if they fail at any stage test.
• 500 driving lessons will be given free through Scratch and win. Customer can win either 2 Classes, 4 Classes, or 8 Classes.
• Free lessons will be added to the course immediately and can be availed as per availability.
• The customer shall inform the customer service desk over the winning coupon and will be exchanged for the prize after cross verification with excellence records.
• Lump sum and VIP customers who win through scratch coupons will receive a flat discount:2 hrs will receive a AED 150 discount, 4 hrs will receive a AED 300 discount,8 hrs will receive a AED 600 discount and the winner of the driving course will receive a flat discount of AED 2000.
• In case of any fraudulent transaction is suspected, Excellence Driving reserves the right to deny the prize.
• The customer must provide a valid United Arab Emirates ID to receive the prize.
• All winners must keep the original coupon safe and secure till notified. In case of cancellations winner must pay full amount of the services taken under promotion.
• Excellence driving in this promotion is in no way responsible for the loss of any coupons.
• The promotion is governed by DED and RTA laws.
